The questions regarding Clinton’s email server begin at 4:22 in the video above.

While appearing on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday, Hillary Clinton laughed uproariously when questioned about her use of a private, unsecured email server and the potential national security implications her decision created for the nation.

Raising the issue, Jake Tapper said, “I know Bernie Sanders said that quote, ‘the American people are sick and tried of hearing about your d–n emails.’” The candidate began to laugh hard.

The CNN host continued, “But there are a lot of people who are not.” Clinton kept on laughing.

“Including FBI officials looking into whether national security was compromised because of this server,” Tapper said–and the former secretary of state’s laughing persisted.

Clinton biographer Ed Klein told Breitbart News: “That cackle is an example of her arrogance and her belief that she can get away with things that nobody else can. It is what makes her so darn unlikeable.”

“Klein’s latest book on Hillary is Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary, and he added that Hillary’s cackle ‘should freak you out’ because ‘it says something about her character and psychology,’” Breitbart reports.

“This is a woman… who has a distorted sense of reality,” Klein continued. “I think that’s a very serious thing to accuse a presidential candidate of.”

Clinton finally stopped laughing, and Tapper was able to ask her some pointed questions. “With all your experience, why wouldn’t you anticipate that over the course of four years, handling very sensitive diplomatic negotiations, overseeing military interventions and surveillance, why wouldn’t you anticipate that something classified, whether about North Korea or Iran or drones or an informant for the CIA, that it wouldn’t be emailed to you?” he queried.

“And why wouldn’t you consider that having it on your personal account with some server in Colorado might be a personal risk?” he added.

Clinton responded, saying: “Nothing that I was sent or that I sent was marked classified.”

Tapper followed up, noting that the intelligence community’s inspector general determined that there were emails already found on her server that were classified when they were generated.

“Well, that is just a very strong difference of opinion,” Clinton responded. She told the CNN host that because the State Department also has a separate classified email system, the only way she would know if those she received were classified is if they were marked so.

“So, I think that this is a complicated issue for even sophisticated folks to understand,” she added.

Last month, Fox News reported that Clinton’s favorability reached a new low of 38 percent, with 56 percent reporting an unfavorable view of the Democrat candidate

Clinton is slated to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Thursday.
